Poster Presentation
- All contributed papers are reviewed by experts in the relevant field from various research institutes of India. Based on their inputs and the numbers of time slots available during the conference the papers are accepted either as “Contributory oral” or as “Contributory poster”.
- The contributed papers have been reviewed and the list of accepted papers for oral/poster presentation has been uploaded in the InPAC website.
- Followings are the instructions for the preparation of posters.
- All posters will be reviewed during conference by “poster examiners” and a selected few will be awarded by Indian Society for Particle Accelerators (ISPA).
- Poster should be prepared in A1 size format (width 594 mm x height 841 mm). The poster should clearly indicate (below the name of authors) the e-mail i/d of the “corresponding author”. Participants can send questions by sending e-mail and the presenter should respond.
- The participant should upload the Poster to a drive which can be accessed by any one, e.g. Google drive, and send the link to inpac2022@vecc.gov.in latest by 19th March . Please note, author should give access to "Anyone with the link" in Link settings. The subject line of the e-mail should be “Poster for abstract i/d (mention the abstract i/d)”. The link should remain valid up to 31st March.
- It is suggested to share pdf version of the poster and optimum picture qualities for easy viewing and download.
- In addition to the above, there will be poster sessions in which participants will present their work strictly using 4-5 slides and within 8 minutes. “Poster examiners” will ask questions to the presenters.
- The uploaded poster, presentation and Q/A will form the basis for evaluation of posters.
Manuscript Preparation

Apart from that there are plenary talks, invited talks and thesis presentations.
- Followings are the instructions for the preparation of manuscript for any category.
- All manuscripts should be prepared using the template provided in Microsoft word.
- All instructions for the preparation of the manuscript have been provided in the template itself.
- The participants should upload the manuscript in Indico website latest by 15th April, 2022. Login to your indico account and click on "Upload Papers" link on the left menu to submit paper. Both Microsoft word and pdf versions of the manuscript should be uploaded.
- The name of the file should contain the abstract i/d.
