Ph.D. Thesis Presentation

Registration for InPAC-2022  Ph.D. Thesis presentation is open now

All are encouraged to apply for thesis presentation during InPAC-2022 conference. The participants will get the opportunity to present their work in the conference during a session.
Indian Society of Particle Accelerators (ISPA) gives the best thesis award during InPAC.

Eligibility requirements for thesis presentation are:

1. The thesis must be on a topic which is within the scope of the conference. The conference topics can be found in the website.
2. Only those thesis which have been submitted or awarded degree after November 2019 (Last InPAC) are eligible for thesis presentation. Thesis which were already submitted in InPAC-2019 will not be considered.   

How to apply:

1. Send an e-mail to inpac2022@vecc.gov.in with subject line as "Thesis Presentation" before 14th March, 2022.
   The e-mail should contain the following information :
   1. Title of thesis
   2. Present status : Thesis submitted / Degree received
   3. Date on which thesis was submitted / Degree awarded
   4. Name of the student / officer 
   5. Affiliation
   6. An abstract for thesis not exceeding 1000 words as word file as attachment
2. Participants need to register for InPAC-2022. Registration fees and other details have been provided in InPAC website. 
   1. If the participant has already submitted a paper in any other  category and registered themselves, new registration is not required - only provide the abstract i/d of the paper(s) already submitted in the e-mail. 
   2. If the participant has not submitted a paper in any other category, for registration use abstract i/d as 999.
