GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS
Participants are requested to use the VECC MAIN GATE for entering and exiting the campus irrespective of the location of accommodation (VECC guest house/ other hotel). Participants are requested to carry the conference badge which shall be presented along with the registration kit and a valid photo id card (any govt. ID proof or valid institutional Id card).
The Poster session will take place in the ground floor of C&I building, adjacent to the Administration building where the Ajay Divatia Lecture Hall is situated (in the 3rd floor). The participants who are presenting posters are requested to display their posters (Size A0) in the poster display area in the morning of 24/01/2023. All the posters will be on display for the whole day of 24/01/2023 and may be taken out after the evening talk.
There are two poster sessions on 24/01/2023, one at 10:25 hrs for a short time during the high tea and second one from 17:50 hrs to 19:00 hrs.
There will be three poster prizes. A group of judges will select the three best posters for the prizes which will be announced at the concluding session of the symposium. The decision of the judges will be final.
Registration will be done near the Ajay Divatia Lecture Hall at 8:45 AM on 24/01/23 (Tuesday)
Information of VECC canteen/cafeteria:
For breakfast, one may avail the VECC canteen/cafeteria on payment basis. Please note the timings of the main canteen for meals:
Breakfast (08:00 hrs-09:00 hrs)
Lunch (12:00 hrs-13:30 hrs)
Dinner (19:30 hrs-20:30 hrs & 21:00 hrs-21:30 hrs).
