The crucial role of accelerator is to explore the microcosmos, down to quarks and gluons, the most basic and fundamental constituents of our universe, the macrocosmos. With the detection of gravitational waves, predicted by Einstein one hundred years ago, a new world of gravitational cosmology has been born along with a very novel almost revolutionary idea of the "cycle of time."
